Major Express Entry CRS Changes Effective November 3, 2026
The changes are scheduled to take effect on November 3, 2026.
The new Labour Market Integration factor will award additional CRS points for eligible Canadian work experience and qualifying job offers in high-wage occupations.

| Qualifying high-wage job offer — lower qualifying tier | 50 |
| Qualifying high-wage job offer — middle tier | 70 |
| Qualifying high-wage job offer — highest tier | 100 |
| Eligible Canadian work experience | 20, 40, or 70 |
Candidates cannot combine the Labour Market Integration points for Canadian work experience and job offers. The higher applicable score will be considered.
